need to add below to config
- landing page side image: Currently hardcoded in _includes/sidebar/toc.html
- image sidebar size in _sass/common/_variables.scss
- make all edits in index.html
update misc.html or make it misc.md
changing sidebar from TOC
File - _includes/sidebar/toc.html
- commented out the whole TOC loading lode
- edit naviation in _data/navigation.yml
